A Peregrine Falcon was found this morning by several birders as it perched on
one of Batman's "ears" on the AT&T building in downtown Nashville. A bit later
on, a Red-throated Loon was seen out from the Hamilton Creek Boat Ramp on Percy
Priest Lake. Four Snow Geese dropped in as well while observing the loon.
Working our way around the lake, we also had several Redhead, Gadwall,
Bufflehead, Lesser Scaup, and Green-winged Teal, along with large numbers of
Common Loons. Additionally, some distant Sandhill Cranes were heard flying
overhead from Seven Points Campground.
