[tn-bird] DDT Impact on Birds

I inadvertently made a projection into 2003 in my earlier comments tonight.  I 
meant to say that 287 Bald Eagles have been released from Tennessee hack sites 
during 1980 - 2002, not during "1980 - 2003".
