[TN-Bird] Common loon in Oak Ridge

Yesterday (5/11/04) I and several others saw a common loon in full breeding
plumage at the K1007 Pond near the old K-25 site (now East Tennessee
Technology Park) near Oak Ridge. Seems late for a loon in these parts.
