In my opinion, this unique bird should not be captured for falconry.
It is such a shame to take this beautiful bird from the wild for personal
pleasure...that seems so selfish considering the number of people who have
enjoyed observing this marvelous creature over the years!
Therefore, I would respectively request that TWRA deny this permit.
