[tn-bird] Black Terns- Carroll Co 8/13/02

On the way home from work this morning in the rain, I decided to take a quick
detour and go by the Ed Davis fish ponds near Milan to check on shorebird
habitat. I found no shorebird habitat but there were 25+ Black Terns working
the area.
