The Black Scoter found yesterday is continuing at the Melton Hill Lake Marina
in Oak Ridge off Melton Lake Drive. The area it has been seen is reached by
driving through the parking area to the river then turn right and start looking
from the peninsular parking area. The bird was about 20 yards off the bank
alongside the parking lot. It appeared content to dive and preen.
