Bells Bend Park
Davidson Co., TN
2015 Nov. 10,11

Went to Bells Bend on Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Only KILLDEER
at the sod farm fields, no pipits, horned larks or longspurs.
At Bells Bend Park yesterday, which was very foggy, I found a
single VESPER SPARROW that flew up from the path and perched nicely
for several minutes. Today, I saw an ORANGE-CROWNED SPARROW and
heard and saw a lingering HOUSE WREN near the barn in the same area
where I saw it last week. Had 8 species of sparrows today but none
were unusual for the park.
