[TN-Bird] Additional Spotted Towhee info

Just a word of caution. While I was sitting on the road waiting, one of the 
residents pulled up alongside to see if "they could help me". I had a nice 
conversation, and found out that there have been some acts of vandalism in the 
area lately. So, anyone different right now is under an extra bit of heightened 
suspicion. They were fine and very interested when I told them what I was 
doing, and what I was looking for, and they were even familiar with Towhees.
