A US District judge has refused to lift his May 8 injunction against the Army 
Corps of Eng. granting permits that violate the Clean Water Act.  

This issue is one of deep concern for cerulean warbler, since the core of the 
species' breeding range lies right in the center of the mountaintop removal 
activity.
