[THIN] user not getting back to there disconnected session - MF 1.8

System: TSE 4.0/MF 1.8 FR1 SP3/NFuse 1.51
Problem: A user connects to a session over a VPN and is working, their
session gets disconnected. They reconnect to the VPN, and log into the
same application. They are taken to a new session.
Settings: I have the Citrix connection manager set to disconnect
sessions if lost, also allowing re-connection from any client.
Any ideas why this would not work?
