attention brainboxes, I have knocked up some c# to add a load of printer drivers to a terminal server build (slightly on topic). It runs fine on my XP desktop, but when run on a win2k3 server, under id which is member of local administrators, the wmi call returns with returncode of 5 and doesn't install the driver. I am assuming rc of 5 is access denied. however, when i look at a filemon trace I see the wmiprsve.exe process opening the drivers cab file and creating directories and 'stuff' but it doesn't install the driver?? just on the off chance, has anyone had anything similar with 2003? thanks, Brian ============================================================================== This message is for the sole use of the intended recipient.
