[THIN] .java and .jpi_cache dirs on profiles

I've just noticed a .java and .jpi_cache directories on some users'
profiles.
The servers are NT 4.0 TSE with MetaFrame XP.
Anyone know what these could be?
It doesn't seem to be a virus.
