[THIN] hazy graphics

I have 2 Citrix PS 4.0 hotfix 2 and 4 servers built.  Both 2000 SP4, all
patches.

 

1 I connect to and wallpaper, icons, everything looks fine.  The other, I
find that the icons, some applications, even graphics in the wallpaper, look
hazy.

 

Both are set to 16-bit color, 75% screen size.

 

ANY ideas?
