[THIN] ftp problem

Hi,

I try to connect a w2k mf18 to an FTP server.
I connect successfully to the server but when I try to list I get the
following error.

200 PORT command successful
425 Can't buil data connection: connection refused

Any idea what could cause that. my others TS box work fine with the
same command.
