If none of these benefits are applicable to you then maybe just install the
Service Pack rather than the feature release. However, if you have the
chance to rebuild everything cleanly then why not take the opportunity to
upgrade?

hey guys
we are currently running w2k sp4 with xp fr2 / sp2.
as an ASP we deliver a single app through a web interface.
we need to rebuild our farm (for various reasons) so my manager has tasked
me with investigating a move to fr3 at the time of our farm rebuild. (even
though there are no functional problems)
i have read the propoganda and still cant build a case to go to fr3 / sp3.
can anyone tell me of their experiences (good or bad)
off line if you wish!
for the short time i have subscribed to this list, you guys have helped
resolve so many previously unresolveable problems!
