[THIN] editing registry permissions with a script

Hey you scripters out there...
Anyone know how to modify the file permissions on specific keys in the
registry using a script?
I want to script the TS License fix where all users are granted full
control to the key
\\HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
