[THIN] citrix dialup issue

Hello
I was wondering if any of you have had experience with this issue
I have users using dial up and 99% of them work fine
I have one user happens to be the boss that has a Sony picture book laptop
that when he uses dialup and connect to the Citrix session it
Connects and then when loading the desktop session it blue screens the
laptop
It has a Rockwell modem on the same laptop if using a broadband connection
or the T1 line it works fine
Only difference is the modem
