It is not on the Windows 98 CD. I searched the Microsoft site but could not find it. I also tried on my NT 4.0 PC. Does anyone have an idea where I could find xfer? -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, September 23, 2003 10:45 AM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Wyse 3320 firmware I'm not sure it works on a Windows XP laptop, Jeff. I had to do it from a 98 one. But do you have the xfer program copied to your working directory? -----Original Message----- From: Jeff Stockard [mailto:JStockard@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, September 23, 2003 10:10 AM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Wyse 3320 firmware One of my Wyse 3320 SE terminals quit working. I think one of my users messed up the flash memory. When I connect the terminal to my laptop (Windows XP), via LAPLINK cable open a command prompt and type xfer d14420ica.exe (as per the instructions on the Wyse site). I get the message xfer is not a recognized command. Does anyone know how do I get the flash update to run from a Windows XP laptop?
