Hate to tell you this, but that requirement (32-bit Java on an x64 server)

Greg's right, you need to install the 32bit version as well.

the latest java 6 should do it.  it was java 5 but the latest update changes
that to 6 since sun has dropped 5.  I think you need to load 32 bit java
even on a 64 bit server.
