Looks like you had another ICA session for Attachmate launched from within
an ICA session.

You can either open the Program Neighborhood Connection Manager and manually
logoff/disconnect the session, wait for the session to logoff (which is
intermittent from my past experience) or use something like ReconnAct to
handle logoffs and disconnects more cleanly.

Anyone ever seen this one before?  I am a domain admin and a local admin on
this server.  All is did was click Start, Logoff.

Server is W2K3 and MPS3 (with 2005.4 SP)
