Looks like you had another ICA session for Attachmate launched from within an ICA session. You can either open the Program Neighborhood Connection Manager and manually logoff/disconnect the session, wait for the session to logoff (which is intermittent from my past experience) or use something like ReconnAct to handle logoffs and disconnects more cleanly.
