[THIN] What does everyone use for Password resets

What does everyone here use to allow users to reset their passwords or get
new passwords if they have forgotten theirs or lost it etc....
I can already say that I need something cheaper than Citrix password
mananger. While probably the best idea, I know that given the size of our
user base the powers that be are not going to want to drop the money it
would take to license our entire userbase.
