Have you checked to make sure that he doesn't have an application specified to startup when he tries to connect to a Terminal Server with the RDP Client? What about copying another users account to re-create his? This happens whether he is using RDP or ICA. It happens no matter what client machine he uses. And it only happens on one server. There is no local policy to log the customer off. Heres what I have tested so far: Deleted his profile Made him an Admin Had him log into the console Checked Sec. Perms. for both Connections Had him log in with a test ID (worked) Checked the UsRLogon and logn1 logn2 Nothing shows up in the event log even though I have auditing success/fail enabled. My setup is MF 1.8SP3/W2k SP2 on a Cpq DL580 G2. Any stray thought thrown my way would be appreciated. *********************************************** This Weeks Sponsor: 99point9.com The 99Point9.com Online Tech Support Helpdesk is the one-stop solution for all your server-based computing needs. http://www.99point9.com ************************************************ For Archives, to Unsubscribe, Subscribe or set Digest or Vacation mode use the below link. http://thethin.net/citrixlist.cfm *********************************************** This Weeks Sponsor: 99point9.com The 99Point9.com Online Tech Support Helpdesk is the one-stop solution for all your server-based computing needs. http://www.99point9.com ************************************************ For Archives, to Unsubscribe, Subscribe or set Digest or Vacation mode use the below link. http://thethin.net/citrixlist.cfm
