[THIN] WebInterface for FR3 (used to be NFuse)

Does anybody know how to install the Web Interface on a dedicated webserver
(IIS). The only option I get, is to install it on a Citrix/Terminal Server.
The documentatio mentions a file called 'NfuseClassic20-IIS.MSI', which shoud
be on the FR3 CD-ROM and should be available for download on the
Citrix-website.
But my searches have had no result.
Could anyone point me out how to solve this?
