[THIN] Web Interface 3 Error

I have just built a clean WI 3.0 server and have installed the PN
Agent v8.10 on the console to test. I am able to launch applications
fine from the browser, but I continue to get a "one or more of the
fields is not valid or was not supplied" when trying to do an
Applications Refresh from the PN Agent. The URL location of the
config.xml match up in both the PN Agent console as well as in the
Agent properties.
How can I resolve this?
