Can't remember which FR WI came with - you may just be NFuse 1.71.

If you are able to get WI, it will show as a download link on mycitrix.

WI is just updated NFuse classic - a bit streamlined, and a few nicer
features - they're not a world apart, though. WI is only officially
available to those customers that are licensed at a certain FR release
and onwards, can't remember exactly which one at the moment, as I can't
get through to www.citrix.com.

Speaking of which - you're in the UK, aren't you? Can you get to the
Citrix site OK?

It may well be a local problem here, but I've not been able to get to
their site for a day or two.

Neil
