I have 2000 Servers running XPe in an NT Domain, and am using System
Policies to lockdown. In each server the registry is modified for Manual
Policy Update and is pointed to a UNC path to get the policy settings. So
far I have been able to lockdown Domain Groups and Users, but I can't seem
to apply the same settings to Local Anonymous Accounts. I have tried adding
the local Anonymous group and specifying the Anon000 account in the policy,
with no success.

How can apply policy settings to the local Anonymous accounts/group?
Thanks!
