[THIN] W2K SP4 and MPS 3.0

Just wondering everyone, I am in the process of upgrading my mfxpe fr3 servers
to MPS 3.0. Currently our servers have sp3 installed on it. I have read that
I have to upgrade to sp4. My question is should I install metaframe fixes
after sp4 or just upgrade to MPS 3.0? If I should install the fixes which ones
should I really worry about?
