Are you sure?  I noticed just the opposite. My logins got quicker.  At any
rate, you can probably fix that by adding winlogon.exe to the low-risk
process list and turn off scanning on that program entirely.

Working well here, at least better than past versions.  Have noticed logons
slowed down quite a bit.
