I checked and rechecked and none that I can find, however we are hard coding
the dns settings in the build of the workstations, we are implementing DNS
in the AD environment
And the QIP DHCP/DNS also is pushing down it's own DNS during the migration.

Only a few users having the problem, all other login and out fine.

Has anyone encountered Userenv error Event Id: 1053, When a user logs in
and
policies do not come down.
Event Description: Windows cannot determine the user or computer name.
(Not
enough storage is available to
complete this operation. Group Policy Aborted.
I have research this and tried everything from Security Settings to User
Rights, Any Help is greatly appreciated.
