[THIN] Updatdrv.exe using up the processor

The updatdrv.exe is killing the processor on one of our boxes.  Any idea why it 
would be doing this?  I know this has something to do with updating drive 
mappings but I am not sure of the exact use of it.  any info would be most 
appreciated.
