UPS is still a buggy product.

I hate the new Citrix support website.  It makes looking for product updates 
painful.  Check to make sure you have applied any product updates (of which 
there are very few for this product).

Hello,

We recently implemented the Citrix Universal Print Server on our new Xenapp 6.5 
farm and are having a strange issue.  Occasionally Outlook will crash when a 
user goes to print.  We have one person who this happens to every morning and 
then not again for the rest of the day.

Has anyone else seen this?

Enviroment,
Xenapp 6.5 HRP2, also tested with HRP3
Office 2010 SP1
Windows 2008R2

UPS 1.0.1.0
