Quickbooks is notorious for wanting rights. On our (non-TS) cleitn PCs,
we simply make the user an Admin of the PC. If you find out exactly what
rights are needed, then;
A) You're abetter man than me
B) *Please* let me know.

Does it work for users with admin rights?
If it does, use REGMON/FILEMON from sysinternals.com and you will find
where the problem is.

Subject: [THIN] Trouble with Quickbooks Pro on Citrix

I installed QuickBooks Pro 2003 on a W2K, Citrix XP box.
Everytime a user double-click the icon, the splash screen appears for
about 30 seconds then the program terminates without any errors. I
cannot get QB to run. I reinstalled it a few times.
Can anyone help with some suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
