The easiest way to assure that the transform will work is to put it in
the root folder of your hard drive.  IE C:

I had this issue last time.  Something about my path is not correct.

Installing Office 2000 from network.  
path\setup.exe transforms="c:\termsrvr.mst"

Fails.  Any idea why?  I am guessing it is a typo somewhere.  The MST
file is in the root of C:.
