You didn't say what version of Presentation Server you are running...
Since PS 4 does not have a Rollup 2 yet, I am assuming you are using PS 3.0.
If so, Rollup 3 is the minimum requirement if you are running Windows 2003
with Service Pack 1.
Also make sure you DEP settings are set to OptIn.
For the HS20, make sure your firmware and bios are up to date.
Other than that, W2k3 Sp1 and Presentation Server works great on the HS20s.
