[THIN] Time issue on Citrix Client

I have one user that has the wrong time zone.
Her Citrix Published Desktop session has the wrong time zone
XP embedded HP Thin client Time /zone correct on the device itself. I know
that doesn't matter.
Metaframe XP server time/zone correct . This is where she should be getting her
time
What the??????
