So did you just open a call with Tech Support?  I am on the horn with
Citrix licensing now and they really don't know about this issue.

We had that happen and had to return our licenses via MyCitrix and get
new ones. The new ones did the same thing, so Citrix had to do
"something" on their end before we could download some good ones.

We are having an issue with Citrix 3.0 on Windows 2000.  Users get the
above error.  There is a discrepancy between Citrix Management Console
and the License server regarding number of users logged in.  We found
this Citrix article which wants us to install a hotfix on all off our
350 or so servers.  The article is CTX106500 and the hotfix is
MPSE300R03W2K001.  Has anyone else seen this?
