[THIN] Stuff missing from Outlook 2000 display-solution

Thanks to those who responded.  To reprise, in a full screen email in
Outlook part of the screen vertically (about an inch wide) was missing
top to bottom. (only in a full screen email, partial screen had no
problem.  Also it was (odd odd odd) in Outlook only.  

The solution ended up being on my Wyse 3320/3360 terminals that were at
65536 colors.  The display couldn't keep up.  It works now that I
downscaled back to 256 colors.  (still 1024 x 768 colors) 

Weird, must have been putting the display card into a coma.
