Reboot.
 
Then, load the UHPClean utility from Microsoft that will automatically
clean up those "sticky" profiles for you without making you reboot.

                How do I unload a stuck profile? I deleted in User
Profiles but it said Directory not Empty.
                Then I used delprof and it said it deleted it but the
NTUSER.DAT is still in documents
                and settings and cannot be deleted since it is in use.
Is this a reboot situation?
