[THIN] Streaming apps that hang on startup

Anyone run into an issue with streaming apps handing at startup? so what I
mean is that the user starts the application, login happens fine, the
application caches and then the box says it's starting application but it
never actually starts. The grey box never goes away but the progress bar
does get all the way to the end.
Man hopefully that makes sense. Please see attached wordpad file for pic.
