I had this issue with local user printers (the printers you find in user's
"Printers" folder). The only thing that helped was to install ICA client 9.0
over the old 7.00

Subject: [THIN] Slow printing

Anyone know where to start looking when the spooling of printing slows to a
crawl?

Print jobs that normally take 2 seconds to come out are taking 23 seconds to
come out. Physically, nothing has changed, we installed a printer yesterday,
but that change has been backed out. Network wise, it looks fine, the print
server isn't doing much, servers are having it relatively easy... Just printing
in particular has slowed down. The rest of the environment isn't exactly
behaving like it's semi snappy self either...

Any suggestions?

Berny
