[THIN] Slow Printer Creation

I have an in-house written app that I am running as a published
app on a Win2K MF 1.8 server. Sometimes I get the old problem
where the app fires up before the printers map. This has just started
happening recently. But, my question is, what can I do to make the
app fire off after the printers map. I know I have a choice in XP but
these servers are not there yet...
