Subject: [THIN] Setting up network Printers on Windows 2003 Terminal
Server issue

Hi

Ive just built a new Windows 2003 Terminal Server and am having issues
setting up the network printers. All network printers are housed on
another
windows 2003 server (File/Print Server). I basically did the following
-
can someone please tell me if this is the wrong way to go about it...

Logged onto Terminal Server as admin.
Browsed to \\fileprinterserver\printers
All network printers listed. Selected all printers and right clicked,
then
select connect
This created all network printers on Terminal Server box

I was hoping all these printers would be available to all users but they
are
not (the user would simply set a default themselves). When a user logs
on
they get no printers. I did the above procedure in install mode. We
don't
support local printers.

We are not using Citrix, just Terminal Services - what am I doing
wrong??
Whats the easiest way to have all network printers available for all
users
by utilising existing file/print server??

Dumb question from a newbie

Thanks
Rose
