[THIN] Session Sharing just stopped working.

Hello
I just had someone ask me to help with this situation.
It seems all of a sudden session sharing stopped working in the Citrix
Presentation Server 3.0 farm
Currently there are 5 Servers in the farm.
When they go to launch the second application it starts a new session
and they can not share the applications between the sessions.
This was working fine until a couple of days ago, naturally they told me
nothing has changed in the farm.
They have already gone through this article

Apps are published with the same settings.
Can someone think of any other troubleshooting advice for this?
