[THIN] Semi-OT: User profile created as TEMP

Strange issue - fresh build of a W2K/MFXPa server, in testing phase -
for one user, when they logon, their local profile is built under
c:\documents and settings\TEMP instead of c:\documents and
settings\JaneDoe
When I look at User Profiles in system properties, it's correctly identified.
Any thoughts?
