I posted a message to the list, last night, with some examples in.
I haven't posted one full script, because the scripts I wrote, personally,
used different rationale (ie I used either OU or group membership as the
criteria for the user objects to be manipulated, as opposed to csv files). I
posted examples of how to do the things Dave asked (ie read a csv file,
create a user in an OU, and set various parameters).
