[THIN] Same server, different apps - 1 prints 2 doesn't

Argh! Just started happening. User will connect to our MetaFrame XP
SP3 servers and will be able to print. They will connect to another
application (same server) and that application will not be able to
print. For example, Microsoft Excel works, but Outlook does not.
This was working a while back and no one admits to changing anything.
Event logs give no clues to start with. Any help would be appreciated.
