FYI, Using Sage V 10, our users called in saying that the software wasn't working. Tried it, go through the select a company and logon screens, and Sage froze, crashed. After much faffing around (Filemon, regmon, etc)Solution was that the software wasn't registered yet (My bad) - the only way I discovered that was to log on as the original admin who had installed the software - at that point, instead of crashing, it asked for the registration key. Simple when you know the answer.
