Check the Terminal Server registry keys at the following location on
your
terminal server registry:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Terminal
Server\Install\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run

and

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Terminal
Server\Install\Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run

You might find the MSN startup running from there...this keys are
populated
when you do a "change user /install"...

Hope this helps.

I have it to, but only on one server. I have tried almost everything to
get rid of it.

I have uninstalled MSN Messenger from our terminal servers. Now,
everytime someone logs in, they get a message box asking if they want to
remove their personal settings from MSN Messenger. Whether they click
yes or no, they then get an access denied INF file error. I have
checked everyone's startup folder (all users and specific users), and
everyone's registry under the RUN field, and no references are made to
removing MSN messenger settings. Is there any way to prevent this
message from coming up? I had wanted to just reinstall MSN Messenger
4.7 and add it to the disallowed programs via registry, but now I can
only download version 5 which we don't want on the TS.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I just want to get rid of the
"MSN Messengers settings" dialog that appears at startup, or at least
know which INF file they are getting an error because of.

Servers are all Windows 2000 Server with SP3, IE 6 SP1, etc...

They all of Citrix, but the problem happens with our without ICA.
