We got burned by both applications - There is a patch for SAV 8.0 (
Symevent) needs to be Jan 2003 or later and we got burned by the Novell
Client - Should be 4.83.sp2. Once we applied these patches - we were fine
til the Stop 44

I'm going to apply all the latest HP stuff anyway, but is it just a =

We have had tremendous luck by contacting Microsoft and shipping them a
dump.
In the beginning they identified an issue with Symantec Antivirus and the
Novell Client
=20
Subsequently they identified a bad driver from HP which was causing our =
Stop
