Steve, I'm actually having some issues with a Ricoh Aficio MP C3002 in my environment and drivers. In your case, you were able to install the mini driver onto the client -- are you using thin or thick clients ? Within xenapp are you then forcing all connections to use Citrix UPD ? I'm in a XD environment with HP Thin clients based on windows 7 embedded and have found the best success with installing the driver onto to the thin client and have XD auto-create the client printer.
